Job Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
2. Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
3. Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.
4. Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
5. Maintain housekeeping carts.
6. Remove trash collected by room attendants.
7. Walk assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
8. Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock on each floor pantry.
