Description

As a Houseperson, you will respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. You will identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Your responsibilities include maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect newspapers, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pick up clean linen and refill the par stock on each floor pantry.
