Job summary

Still Waters Resort in Branson, Missouri is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to ensure guests enjoy an outstanding stay. You will prepare rooms, strip beds, remove used linens, and help with guest requests to deliver prompt, attentive service.

This full-time, year-round role offers a welcoming, family atmosphere with a main shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including weekend work, and opportunities for growth within our resort.

About the Role:

As a vital part of our housekeeping team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a truly outstanding stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing guest rooms for cleaning by stripping beds and removing used linens.
• Delivering fresh, clean linens to the housekeeping staff.
• Fulfilling guest requests and completing "runs" for both guests and housekeeping, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the resort.

What We're Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• A genuine passion for providing top-notch guest service.
• The ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting (50-60 lbs), pushing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pulling, reaching, and climbing stairs. Comfort working in varying temperatures (both heat and cold) is also important. The role requires standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills (hearing, speaking, and writing).
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, year-round position with a main shift of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including weekends.
