LaTour Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is hiring a Houseman for Peppertree Ocean Club Resort. The role focuses on keeping indoor and outdoor public areas clean, sanitary, and guest-ready, while interacting with guests to promote a positive impression of the property.

You will perform daily tasks, maintain common areas, and support resort operations to ensure guest satisfaction and a pleasant environment. High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily assignments set by department supervisor or Resort Management.
• Paints and touches up interior and exterior common areas, including parking lot, walkways and guest room doors.
• Cleans and sanitizes rooms and common areas on request.
• Maintains cleanliness of outdoor grills, offices, lobby, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Vacuums, sweeps, mops and polishes floors using provided equipment.
• Restocks towels, supplies, linens and amenities in fitness center and public areas.
• Inspects areas for repairs and reports needs to supervisor.
• Completes an approved daily checklist and submits to supervisor.

LHR contributes to an ESOP and is an EOE!POSITION SUMMARYThe Houseman is responsible for and maintains cleanliness and sanitization of all inside and assigned outdoor public areas of the resort and interacts with guests in a manner that promotes a positive impression of the staff and property. This position creates a comfortable and clean guest environment, which contributes to guest satisfaction and the success of the resort.
