Job summary

Nexgen Hospitality Ii Llc is seeking a Houseman to maintain cleanliness across hotel public areas and assist guests as needed. You will clean front entrance, lobby, restrooms, elevators, pool, and meeting rooms to high standards.

Role requires good customer service, timely task completion, and ability to lift heavy items or stairs while using vacuums and cleaning solutions. Interact with guests in a professional, helpful manner.

Houseman must clean common areas of the hotel including the front entrance, lobby, public restrooms, elevators, pool, guest hallways, fitness center, employee break room and bathroom and all meeting rooms. Houseman should demonstrate good customer service skills and complete tasks in a timely manner. Houseman may be required to lift heavy items (sometimes up stairs); interact with guest in a professional/helpful manner; operate vacuums and use different types of cleaning solutions.
