Job Responsibilities:

As part of our Housekeeping staff, the Houseman is responsible for the cleanliness of our public areas and back of house spaces. Other responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing anticipatory guest service.
2. Exceeding guest expectations.
3. Completing deep cleaning projects and/or floor care as required.
4. Assisting with trash and recycling.
5. Supporting the front desk with room deliveries.
6. Kitchen clean-up, room attendants, and laundry assistance.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
