Job summary

Aviva Senior Living is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean apartments and common areas. The role involves weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 9am–1pm) and requires handling cleaning tasks with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, and ensuring safety in shared spaces, with opportunities for full-time benefits if applicable. Prior experience and customer-friendly service are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior housekeeping experience.
• Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to communicate sufficiently in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning supplies and equipment in compliance with policies and regulations.

• Weekly cleaning of resident apartments as scheduled.

• Use of commercial cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance daily.

This position is responsible for the cleanliness of all resident apartments and all common areas within the community. This is a customer service position that keeps our community beautiful and our image shining.

Shift Details:

We are currently searching for a Housekeeper to assist with the following shift: Saturday and Sunday 9am - 1pm. Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.
