Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach, part of Hyatt, is recruiting Housekeeping Turndown Attendants to join our luxury hotel team in Mid-beach. The role involves turn-down service, stocking supplies, and assisting with guest requests, with opportunities to support other areas as needed.

You will work in a stylish oceanfront property featuring spa, two pools, and José Andrés dining, with benefits such as discounted room rates, insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Able to exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and 10 lbs of force frequently.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays when business needs dictates.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Able to work in fast paced, stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide turndown service to required guest rooms per standards.
• Turn down beds, replenish amenities, linens and supplies.
• Provide ice to all rooms.
• Clean remaining unmade rooms per standards as directed.
• May refresh others and/or replenish supplies.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
• Serve as runner to guest rooms to deliver items as requested by the guests.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
• Maintain work area, tools and equipment in a clean, organized and safe condition.
• Report any service discrepancies to the appropriate manager or supervisor and resolve where possible.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify cleaning completion.
• Report any safety or security discrepancies to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
• Assist AM attendants by stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Empty trash.
• Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training
• Keep work area neat and organized

Andaz Miami Beach is now recruiting Housekeeping Turndown Attendants to join our team. An art-deco building and architectural landmark is home to the newest luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach. The Resort boasts 287 guestrooms including 64 breathtaking suites and the ONLY Ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach. The design features elements of texture, art, and pops of color that create a unique and captivating experience. Each suite is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, most with deep-soaking tubs, and cozy reading nooks. Turndown Attendant

Responsible for turn-down service, stocking of supplies and follow up on any late departure room. Assist lobby attendant on guest request and laundry department. To provide and maintain the highest possibly service standards to our clientele at all times. The employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.

• Provide turn-down service by turning down the bed, replenishing amenities, linens, and
• supplies.
• Provide ice to all rooms
• Clean remaining unmade rooms per standards as directed.
• May be required to refresh others and/or replenish supplies.
