Job summary

FAIRMONT Dallas is seeking a housekeeping leader to supervise, train and audit assigned supervisors, housepersons and attendants to uphold hotel and brand standards. You will drive a culture of service excellence and ensure staff performance aligns with guest expectations.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, payroll and performance, maintaining inventory, enforcing safety guidelines and collaborating with other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in housekeeping leadership.
• Experience in hotel industry.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and inspect housekeeping staff to meet brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room status, arrivals, VIPs and events.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, payroll, and admin duties.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness throughout areas.
• Coach and manage staff performance and development.
