Job summary

NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a working leader in housekeeping for Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and Navy Lodge properties in the San Diego area. You will supervise teams, perform room and facility cleaning, and ensure program standards are met while maintaining guest relations.

Preferred candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of housekeeping experience, with leadership or training experience to support staff development and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; leadership or training experience preferred.
• 6 months housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train housekeeping staff, ensuring policy adherence.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for quality and safety.
• Manage cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure guest privacy and safety during shifts.
