Job summary

OTO Development seeks a Housekeeping Team Associate in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, reporting maintenance needs and ensuring a spotless environment.

Ideal candidates are neat and organized, physically capable of performing demanding tasks, and proud of their work. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and involves stock management and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently
• Report room maintenance to front desk staff and other team members
• Know difference between 'light touch' and 'full clean' and complete both effectively
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities
• Maintain a professional appearance including pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment

Physical Requirements

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
