Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor at TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, Sunnyvale, CA.

Opened in 2022, we offer a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality—providing guests with an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, we feature 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold our luxury standards.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and lead by example to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in guestrooms and public spaces
• Assign duties to attendants based on occupancy, staffing, and performance
• Monitor progress to ensure timely and standard-compliant room servicing
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members, fostering a high-performing environment
• Coordinate cleaning projects, room readiness, linen inventory, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests related to housekeeping
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

You may be the ideal candidate if you:

• Have supervisory experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel
• Lead with integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for service
• Are a strong communicator and team motivator in a fast-paced environment
• Possess knowledge of housekeeping systems and safety protocols
• Are tech-savvy with experience in Word, Excel, and scheduling systems
• Can lift up to 25 lbs and are comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout shifts
• Are flexible, reliable, and available for various shifts
