Job Description - Housekeeping Supervisor - Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club (HOT0BO29)

The Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, an award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond property, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team.

Located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach, the resort spans 175 acres atop a seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 8 dining outlets including restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various – availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
  • Verify room status and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor payroll, work schedules, lost and found, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform duties of Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed.
  • Assist in performance evaluations.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests.
