Housekeeping Supervisor - TownePlace Suites, Wareham, MA

We are seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with previous housekeeping experience to develop management skills in a supportive environment.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will manage housekeeping operations according to brand standards, fostering a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.

Pay: $19 - $21 Per Hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day shifts, weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to meet service standards, reporting directly to the General Manager.
• Train and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring protocols and policies are followed.
• Inspect rooms and perform cleaning when necessary.
• Prioritize tasks and exercise good judgment in managing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Cleaning experience required
