Do you find joy in fresh linens, love the smell of a clean space, and want to travel across the Austin/New Braunfels area to make magic happen? We're on the hunt for a fun, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who can keep our wedding venues sparkling and ready for love!
** Here’s the Scoop:**
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the cleanliness captain across SIX stunning venues in New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Boerne, Dripping Springs. You’ll lead a rockstar team of housekeepers, keep things shipshape, and make sure everything’s picture-perfect for every couple’s big day!
** What You’ll Be Doing:**
- **Boss of Schedules:** Build and manage housekeeping schedules like a pro! From hiring and training to keeping our venues fully staffed and ready for action!
- **Laundry Legend:** Yes, there’s some laundry involved. You’ll be keeping our linens fresh and fabulous at the Spring Branch location—wash, dry, fold, repeat!
- **Travel Warrior:** Be prepared to zoom around to our venues whenever there’s a call-out or when we need that extra sparkle. Every day’s a new adventure!
- **Event Hero:** For those quick “flip” events, make sure the suites are guest-ready in record time, from checkout at 11 a.m. to check-in at 3 p.m.!
- **Supply Guru:** Stay stocked! Order cleaning supplies and make sure our team is always ready to roll.
** Experience and Knowledge:**
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Reliable mode of transportation required
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds on occasion
** Compensation:** $22–$25 per hour with experience and good references
