Do you find joy in fresh linens, love the smell of a clean space, and want to travel across the Austin/New Braunfels area to make magic happen? We're looking for a fun, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to keep our wedding venues sparkling and ready for love!

Here’s the Scoop:

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the cleanliness captain across SIX venues in New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Boerne, and Dripping Springs. You’ll lead a team of housekeepers, keep things shipshape, and ensure everything’s picture-perfect for every couple’s big day!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Boss of Schedules: Build and manage housekeeping schedules, hire, train, and keep venues fully staffed.
  • Laundry Legend: Keep linens fresh at the Spring Branch location—wash, dry, fold, repeat.
  • Travel Warrior: Travel to venues as needed to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
  • Event Hero: Prepare suites quickly for events, from checkout to check-in.
  • Supply Guru: Manage cleaning supplies and ensure team readiness.
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally
Compensation:

$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience and references
