Job summary

Peregrine Tiburon Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections and to cover Housekeeping Manager duties in their absence.

You will supervise Room Attendants, inspect work quality, manage daily assignments, handle Lost and Found, and assist with training while upholding resort policies and safety rules. Flexible schedules, including nights, weekends or holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of progressive experience in a resort or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections.
• Inspect Room Attendant performance daily to ensure standards.
• In absence of the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant, inspect VIP rooms and report status to Front Office.
• Oversee the closing of floors at end of day and restock carts.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and sign off before submission.
• Handle Lost and Found according to standards.
• Monitor cleanliness of Room Attendants' carts, linen closets, and stairways.
• Oversee daily assignment of duties and ensure staff carry a work assignment.
• Carry a radio to maintain contact with Front Office and Engineering, and initiate repairs.
