• Performs activities daily related to housekeeping and laundry services to ensure excellent customer service in a timely manner.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of the community including resident rooms, public areas, rest rooms, offices, corridors and other communal areas as directed.
• Maintains all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner according to company, state, and federal procedures/guidelines.
• In the absence of the department director, the Lead Housekeeping Associate assumes administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the department.
