Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Grand Hyatt Denver housekeeping team, supervise daily operations, inspect guest rooms, and resolve guest concerns. The role includes related office duties and coaching staff to uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hotel experience, excellent communication, basic computer skills, and preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel experience with excellent communication skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to walk, push, carry and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Swing shifts 2:00pm–10:30pm; weekends/holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory duties in Housekeeping.
• Inspect guest rooms and quality standards.
• Counseling and interviewing employees to maintain performance.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• General office duties as needed.

The Housekeeping Supervisor PM Shift at the Grand Hyatt Denver is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc.Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred. This position requires considerable walking and the ability to push, carry and pull a moderate amount of weight.

The rate for this position is $23.30/ hour.

The shift times for this role will be primarily Swing Shifts 2:00pm-10:30pm, including weekends and holidays. There are times where you may need to work morning, afternoon and/or evening shifts based on business demands. Open availability is required for this position.
