Job Description

To ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, hallways, back of house, and landing meet Omni 4 Star / 4 Diamond standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
  2. Inspect the cleanliness of guest hallways.
  3. Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
  4. Report any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
  5. Ensure all guest room attendants (GRAs) have appropriate supplies and linens.
  6. Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
  7. Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
  8. Ensure that the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.
  9. Ensure linen closets on guest room floors are fully stocked.
  10. Maintain supply cage stock, keeping it neat and clean at all times.
  11. Have all guest rooms punched in via phone after completion.
  12. Ensure guest room doors are held open with a door stopper when needed.
  13. Inspect VIP rooms promptly.
  14. Prioritize check-out rooms for cleaning.
  15. Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and events.
  16. Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
  2. Ability to collaborate with management on special projects.
  3. Ability to set priorities for your section.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Sense of urgency.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
