What You'll Do:

As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you and your team will maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment throughout the facility. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly improve the quality of life for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and lead the housekeeping and/or laundry team
  • Develop and manage the department schedule to ensure adequate staffing
  • Perform regular inspections of the building and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with staff to address resident needs and maintain a safe environment
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed
  • Manage inventory and supplies for cleaning and laundry

Rate of Pay

USD $45,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 per year

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least three (3) years of experience in institutional housekeeping and laundry services
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to cleanliness and safety standards
  • Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention, and safety (training provided if needed)
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team
