Housekeeping Supervisor - Music City Center
Onsite only.
Under direction of Housekeeping Manager, this position is responsible for supervising work activities of housekeeping personnel to ensure the Music City Center is clean, orderly, and that the highest degree of quality and client care is always maintained. This role will assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service/equipment and take corrective action.
The position will be responsible for daily supervision of housekeeping line staff and support staff. The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure assignments are completed to our standards and the best service is provided in the most cost-effective way.
