Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prepare rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• Use MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy periods.
• Train staff and new recruits.
• Inspect units and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Ensure safe working environment at each site and office.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly.
