Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff; provide training, coaching and feedback for efficiency.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Assign shifts and areas to staff; manage inventory and supplies to control costs.
• Address guest requests and concerns to uphold satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect guests, staff and assets.
