Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Staybridge Suites Chesapeake located at 709 Woodlake Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320. The role is Full-Time and based at the Staybridge Suites property in Chesapeake, VA.

Responsibilities include maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, training housekeeping staff, and ensuring adherence to budgets and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Housekeeper at a 100+ room property.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Guest First/Service approach.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior cleanliness levels in all guest rooms, public areas and employee areas.
• Meet or exceed all productivity and expense levels as set forth in the budget process.
• Ensure that all Housekeeping Personnel are trained in the company approved programs.
• Ensure that all department employees are treated to fair and appropriate application of all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the championing of the Company Mission Statement and Hotel Mission Statement with emphasis on Superior Guest Service and Product Quality.
• Maintain an open and professional approach towards fellow managers and their departments.
