Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related housekeeping management experience preferred.
• Prior experience supervising a team preferred.
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Assign tasks and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
