• Ability to move, traverse, and lift loads of at least 25lbs; operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Coordinate the day’s work flow and distribution of duties.
• Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards.
• Hold department employees accountable for the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Assist with performing inventory of linen and supplies.
• Assist in completion of performance evaluations.
• Coordinate activities with Front Desk Supervisor and staff.
• Reports maintenance needs accordingly.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
