Pyramid Global Hospitality in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the frontline cleanliness program at The Bradley. The role oversees guest room inspections, staff training, and daily workflow coordination to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating team performance, ensuring safe handling of cleaning chemicals, and collaborating with Front Desk to ensure guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 6 months experience in a similar Housekeeping position desirable.
• Engaging and caring personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to move, traverse, and lift loads of at least 25lbs; operate cleaning equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Coordinate the day’s work flow and distribution of duties.
• Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards.
• Hold department employees accountable for the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Assist with performing inventory of linen and supplies.
• Assist in completion of performance evaluations.
• Coordinate activities with Front Desk Supervisor and staff.
• Reports maintenance needs accordingly.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
