Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in South Elgin, IL for full-time work. You will lead the housekeeping team to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and guests, while coordinating schedules and training staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of housekeeping experience required.
• One year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of interior areas, addressing deficiencies for safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent-ready and move-in ready apartments.
• Train staff in policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.
