Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club at Lakeside! If you love hospitality, creating memorable customer experiences, and the benefits of working with a hotel company, then Omni is the place for you.

Responsibilities

1. Assign and inspect the cleaning and servicing of all Member and team member areas.
2. Assign special projects as directed by the Club Manager.
3. Report any needed repairs or discrepancies promptly.
4. Ensure all Member areas are stocked with appropriate supplies.
5. Assist in cleaning of Clubhouses as needed.
6. Maintain a neat and organized Housekeeping cart and storage areas.
7. Ensure storage closets are properly stocked and clean.
8. Regularly inspect all meeting and event rooms.
9. Prioritize spaces needed for upcoming events.
10. Maintain knowledge of facilities and events.
11. Ensure a safe and secure environment for associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
• Ability to collaborate with management on special projects.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Effective communication via radio and phone as needed.
