Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort on Hawaii's Big Island.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team: Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
• Oversee room readiness: Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies
• Oversee operational logistics: Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
• Coordinate maintenance needs: Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
• Support housekeeping operations: Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
• Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily housekeeping operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The scenic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.

62 acres of Hawaiian Paradise on Hawaii’s Big Island. Located on the sunny, scenic Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a taste of the island life full of culture, poolside relaxation, and a chance to meet marine wildlife up close.

The ideal candidate must have schedule flexibility, previous housekeeping experience, supervisor experience is highly preferred.
