A Housekeeping Supervisor at Hampton Inn & Suites is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
  2. Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
  3. Verify and report room status and discrepancies.
  4. Coordinate with Property Operations/Engineering for maintenance and repairs.
  5. Monitor payroll, work schedules, inventory, and supplies.
  6. Perform duties of Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed.
  7. Assist in performance evaluations.
  8. Respond promptly to guest requests.
