A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain hotel cleanliness standards.

What will I be doing?

• Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms
• Verify room status and report discrepancies
• Monitor payroll, work schedules, and inventory supplies
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs
• Perform duties of Room Attendant and Houseperson as needed
• Assist in performance evaluations of team members
• Respond promptly to guest requests
