Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Home2 Suites Chenal Little Rock, AR. You will supervise room cleaners, prioritize guest requests, and ensure rooms meet company standards, delivering neat and welcoming environments.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and training abilities, with the target to maximize guest satisfaction while coordinating with front desk and other departments. A High School diploma and experience with major hotel brands are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and guide new staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises room cleaners in the prompt and efficient housekeeping of customer rooms.
• Ensures rooms are cleaned to company standards and notifies front desk of readiness.
• Coordinates cleaning of guestrooms for prioritization of guest requests including VIP and checkout rooms.
• Inspects rooms after cleaning and maintains records of checkouts/stay-overs.
• Maintains inventory and ensures safety by securing linen chutes and coordinating with other departments.
