About the Role
Weekends & Holidays required.
Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for training and developing staff, acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager. The role involves physical activity such as lifting, reaching, bending, and kneeling to prepare guest rooms. Supervisors work closely with Maintenance to identify repair needs and with Front Desk to communicate room status and handle guest requests, including late checkouts and extra amenities.

You enjoy working independently and leading by example. You are proactive, communicative, innovative, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in improving guest and team experiences. Flexibility to work hours including weekends and meeting physical requirements are essential.
