Location: St Vincent Hospital, 232 W 25th Street, Erie, PA 16544

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, afternoon shifts, rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees cleaning of rooms and common areas, ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

1. Manage sanitation and safety in accordance with standards and regulations.
2. Assign and prioritize cleaning tasks, adjusting as needed.
3. Ensure security of keys and department property.
4. Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
5. Inspect work quality and performance, providing corrective actions.
6. Report unsafe conditions and maintenance needs.
7. Oversee staff productivity, breaks, and performance.
8. Participate in onboarding and training of staff.
9. Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
10. Manage inventory, supplies, and linens within budget.
11. Maintain department security and communication with stakeholders.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
