Job Overview

Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. The Floor Inspector ensures each room is transformed into a tidy, cozy haven, supporting our team to deliver an exceptional in-room experience and anticipating guest needs beyond the checklist.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team, including assigning and reviewing work.
  • Oversee tasks such as maintaining schedules, inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness, managing laundry, ensuring timely checkout room turnover, and interacting politely with guests.
  • Provide training on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.
  • Manage purchasing costs and labor expenses.
Qualifications

Minimum one to three years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be a people person, leading by example to foster a positive team culture. Passion for customer service is essential.

Physical Requirements & Schedule

This role requires active movement: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
