As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met, and guests have a comfortable stay. With your friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Pay: $19-$20 Per Hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Must have open availability

Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping area according to the hotel brand standards
• Oversee all training of housekeeping staff and the management of the housekeeping staff
• Keep up to date with service standards with protocol and policies
• Inspect all rooms and, when needed, clean rooms
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, and conduct weekly and monthly inventory of supplies and linen

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping experience (1-3 years)
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
