South Beach Group Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team, ensure superior cleanliness, and uphold guest safety across the property.

You will schedule daily work, train staff, inspect performance, handle guest concerns, and manage materials while monitoring budgets and compliance with safety procedures.

This full-time, on-site role in Miami Beach requires clear English, leadership ability, and a track record of supervising housekeeping staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience preferred.
• High School education preferred.
• Able to speak and understand basic English.
• Able to work independently and exercise good judgement.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the performance of the housekeeping staff and ensures that the facility is clean and sanitized. The Housekeeping Supervisor will maintain superior standards of presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness in all areas of the hotel while ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all guests.
