Housekeeping Supervisor at the Wayback Hotel - Pigeon Forge (Maintenance)

Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees housekeeping staff, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the hotel facilities. This role enforces safety and sanitation policies and reports to the General Manager or Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect rooms for compliance with standards.
  2. Supervise and assist housekeeping staff.
  3. Maintain team morale.
  4. Order necessary supplies.
  5. Oversee daily operations and assist room and laundry attendants.
  6. Educate staff on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  7. Motivate team and resolve issues.
  8. Address customer complaints and requests.
  9. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
  10. Participate in cleaning projects as needed.
  11. Respond to emails, calls, and guest inquiries.
  12. Ensure safety standards are met.
  13. Manage work assignments and record data.
  14. Issue equipment and supplies.
  15. Recommend service improvements.
  16. Notify managers of room readiness.
  17. Handle guest loan items.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
