Kenly 95 Petro seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our evening shift (4 PM–12 AM). You will oversee the housekeeping team, ensure guest areas are clean and safe, and maintain high cleaning standards across the property.

You will coach staff, schedule tasks, perform inspections, handle guest requests with urgency, and enforce health and safety policies. This role offers a stable, on-site environment with opportunities for growth within our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Kenly 95 Petro is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team during the 4 PM – 12 AM evening shift. The ideal candidate will ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests, while overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and training.

Requirements:

• Direct and support housekeeping team members during the evening shift.
• Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks to ensure completion in a timely and thorough manner.
• Provide training and ongoing feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regular inspections of guest areas, restrooms, and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Manage staffing needs, breaks, and shift coverage to maintain efficiency.
• Report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and coordinate with management for restocking.
• Communicate maintenance needs or guest concerns to the appropriate departments promptly.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist team members with cleaning tasks as needed, especially during busy periods.
• Respond to guest requests or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
