Job summary

Dimension Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. You will inspect spaces, support and guide staff, and help resolve issues throughout the shift.

This leadership role involves training room attendants, reporting maintenance concerns, coordinating linen and supplies, and communicating status with front desk and management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or inspection experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
