Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Des Moines Sheraton in West Des Moines, IA. This full-time role ensures rooms shine, schedules run smoothly, and guest-ready standards are met.

You will lead housekeeping associates, coordinate across departments, and inspect spaces. We welcome candidates with 6+ months of housekeeping experience, a high school diploma, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and squat.

• 6+ months of housekeeping or related experience - You've been in the cleaning trenches and know how to lead by example.
• High school diploma or equivalent - A strong base for growing your career in hotel operations.
• Basic computer skills - For schedules, supply orders, and the occasional lost sock report.
• Physical ability - Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and squat through your shift.
• Flexible availability - Days, nights, weekends, holidays-you're ready when guests are.
