Position Type: Regular Full-Time
Pay Range: $22.60- $28.00/hour.
About this opportunity:
Supervises, participates, instructs, and monitors the day-to-day general housekeeping of the entire campus at Rappahannock Camp & Retreat Center; ensures all facilities are clean on a daily basis. Coordinates the turning over of facilities after events and ensure facilities are ready for events. Works with Guest Service / Office Manager to ensure guests needs / requests are met and applicable spaces are ready and clean for use.

Education and Experience
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively. Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects. Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing. Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform the needed janitorial work. Ability to safely drive a vehicle. Duties are performed standing and requires squatting, climbing, bending and walking. Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting. Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to dirt, dust, disagreeable sights and/or odors, and various temperatures.
