Colonial Manor, located in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Colonial Manor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and quality. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas of the facility
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve skills and performance
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
