Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) at Christus Highland Medical Center is seeking a friendly, compassionate EVS Supervisor to support the housekeeping team. You will oversee staff, assign duties, and maintain a safe, clean environment across the hospital's areas during the evening shift.

The role requires effective English communication, teamwork, and reliability. Full- and part-time positions available, with a wage of $16 per hour. Background checks and eligibility verifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• GED or high school diploma.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Preferred: housekeeping experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and assign cleaning duties to ensure coverage of all areas.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control programs.
• Manage supplies and ensure team members have the equipment necessary to complete job assignments.
• Assist with payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital as needed to ensure full coverage.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
