Your Growth Path

Executive Housekeeper – Front Office Manager – Assistant General Manager – General Manager

Your Focus

• Train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform according to brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees, if applicable.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to standards or coordinate with external vendors for training.
• Monitor and communicate guest service scores to improve guest satisfaction.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff.
• Assist with cleaning rooms when necessary.
• Address staff performance and behavior issues through direct intervention or vendors.
• Supervise laundry staff, if applicable.
• Prepare work schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
