Job summary

Hospital Housekeeping Systems (HHS) seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for Boston Children's Hospital Needham. You will lead the EVS team, assign duties, and ensure a clean, safe hospital environment with daily inspections and quality control.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with morning, day, and evening options. Background checks, drug screens, and eligibility verification are required. Competitive wages and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Experience as a supervisor preferred.
• Physical ability to push/pull carts over 100 lb.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVS team and assign cleaning duties to cover all areas.
• Perform daily inspections and maintain quality control.
• Manage supplies and ensure equipment is available for staff.
• Assist with payroll and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist with cleaning areas of the hospital to ensure full coverage.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all hospital individuals.
