Job summary

Home2---Nashville is seeking an Inspections Floor Supervisor to oversee cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in Nashville. You will support room attendants, provide feedback, and resolve issues throughout the shift.

The role requires strong attention to detail, coaching skills, and reliable multitasking. Hilton housekeeping or inspection experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Verify that rooms meet brand standards before releasing them for guest use.
• Support and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Assist with training room attendants on procedures and expectations.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Help manage linen needs, supply levels, and cart organization.
• Communicate room status updates with the front desk and management.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
