Your trained eye quickly spots things out of order, and you strive for the most effective, safe way to complete tasks, sharing your knowledge with others. If you're ready for the challenge, this Housekeeping Supervisor position could be a great opportunity for you.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

1. Oversee team members and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Use your knowledge to implement preventive measures for guest comfort, associate safety, and asset security.
2. Create an environment where motivated team members want to join, learn, perform their best, and advance. Lead a diverse team of trained housekeepers by modeling, empowering, sharing knowledge, and coaching throughout their employment.
3. Ensure all guest and service areas are cleaned and turndown services are delivered. Take action on loss prevention, health, and hygiene to ensure guest comfort and associate safety.
4. Plan and schedule assignments while managing special requests to provide an exceptional guest experience.
5. Monitor supplies and expenses to meet or exceed budget goals.
6. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, attending to their needs effectively.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of related experience. Knowledge of housekeeping operations and supervisory skills are essential. Effective communication with staff, management, and guests is required, and proficiency in a second language may be preferred. Ability to operate radios, cleaning equipment, and computers is expected. The physical demands include continuous movement, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with the ability to push or pull up to 35 pounds.
