Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness standards are met across guest rooms and public areas. You will lead a team, train staff, and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our McKinney properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality as a room attendant or similar.
• Experience cleaning in a customer-focused environment.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to requests.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment in guest rooms.
• Assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard.
• Provide training for team members.
• Assist in the overall supervision of the department.
• Inventory supplies and provide lists of needed items in a timely fashion.
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services and take corrective action.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms on assignment board.
• Restocking cleaning cart and/or supplies.
• Follow all health and safety rules
• Attends meetings as required

Experience And Education

Experience in the hospitality industry as a room attendant or similar role

Prior Supervisory Experience Preferred

Experience cleaning in a customer focused environment

Experience with specific Brand as it applies

Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
